Der Materialtransport sowie die Planung und Organisation von Arbeitsabläufen sind dabei die häufigsten Herausforderungen.

Durch einen sicheren und schnellen Auf- und Abbau, durch strukturierte Arbeitsabläufe und durch einen stetigen Materialfluss kann darüber hinaus auch eine weit höhere Arbeitseffizienz erreicht werden.
Coordinated Workflow 1800 ist ein Arbeitsgerät für Fassaden, dass in der Basiszusammenstellung eine Höhe und Spannweite von 18 Metern erreicht. Es ist ein Werkzeug, welches in Arbeitsabläufe integriert ist. Vorgeplante Arbeitsschritte können etappenweise abgearbeitet und dadurch angenehmer und schneller ausgeführt werden. Ein Materiallift verbindet die Bodenebene über die vertikale Trägersäule mit den Arbeitskörben und erhält somit einen zentralisierten Materialfluss aufrecht. Im Gegensatz zu Baugerüsten fügt sich dieses Konzept in den urbanen Lebensraum ein.
